Choose your quilt, then pay only the $50 deposit.

Your non-refundable deposit reserves a place on Jancy’s sewing schedule and is applied to your final quilt price. Optional features are confirmed and priced with you before work begins.

Requested completion dates are requests, not guarantees, unless Jancy’s Fancies specifically confirms the date.

4. Reserve your place

$50 non-refundable deposit, applied toward the total price of your quilt.

Once we confirm your quilt’s size, design, and details, you’ll receive a final quote. The remaining quoted balance is due before work begins. Any additions you approve after work begins, along with applicable shipping charges, must be paid before your finished quilt is shipped or picked up.

I understand that my $50 deposit is non-refundable and that my order is non-refundable once work begins.

Getting your pieces ready

Clean. Dry. Uncut.

Please do not cut your clothes yourself. Jancy will determine how each piece should be cut so the important part can be preserved beautifully in your quilt.

Older and well-loved shirts are welcome. If a shirt is too fragile or damaged to use safely, Jancy’s Fancies will contact you before proceeding.

If you are sending more shirts than needed, please identify the ones that matter most. Unused shirts will be returned with your completed quilt.

Shipping or drop-off

Getting your shirts to Jancy’s Fancies

Local customers can arrange drop-off. If you are mailing your shirts, pack clean, uncut shirts securely and use tracking when possible. Mailing instructions are provided after your reservation.

Customers are responsible for shipping shirts to Jancy’s Fancies and for return shipping of the completed quilt.

Before cutting begins

We confirm the details together.

Before any shirts are cut, Jancy’s Fancies confirms the quilt size, special features, additional charges, important shirt instructions, and your permission to begin.

Once work begins, shirts may be cut and the process cannot be reversed.

Cancellations & refunds

Your deposit reserves your place.

Your $50 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your quilt’s total cost. If you need to cancel, please contact Jancy’s Fancies before work begins. Once shirts have been prepared or cut, no refunds can be issued.

Once we confirm your quilt’s size, design, and details, you’ll receive a final quote. We’ll email you an invoice with a link to pay through our secure Shopify checkout. The remaining quoted balance is due before work begins. Any additions you approve after work begins, along with applicable shipping charges, must be paid before your finished quilt is shipped or picked up.
