Orders are usually processed in 3–5 business days. Handmade items may need additional time, which is noted with the piece. Jancy’s Fancies ships across the U.S. with tracking, and local pickup may be available by appointment. Because custom and handmade pieces are personal, sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
