Send the type of item, quantity, wording or design, preferred placement, and the date you need it. Include a photo of your item and any logo or inspiration image.

I’ll review the details, confirm whether the item is suitable, and provide pricing and an estimated completion time. Any design setup or digitizing charges will be included in your quote.

Approve the details and pay.
Once we’ve confirmed your project, I’ll send an invoice through secure Shopify checkout. Payment is required before work begins. Please check all spelling, initials, design details, and placement carefully before approval.

Your project is stitched and ready.
I’ll contact you when your order is complete to arrange pickup or shipping, as agreed when you order.

Can you embroider an item I already own?
Customer-provided items are considered individually. Please send a photo before dropping anything off so I can review the fabric, construction, and requested placement. Some items cannot be safely hooped or reached by the embroidery machine.
Can you supply the items?
I can help source select apparel and offer suitable items from Jancy’s Fancies. Let me know what you need, including sizes, colors, and quantities, and I’ll confirm available options.
Can you embroider my business logo?
Send your logo for review. Most logos need to be converted into a machine-ready embroidery file, a process called digitizing. A photo, PNG, or JPG alone is not an embroidery file. If digitizing is needed, that charge will be included in your quote. Small lettering and very fine details may need adjustments to stitch clearly.
What information do you need for a monogram?
Please provide the full name and the initials in the exact order you want them stitched. If you’re unsure about the order or style, I can help you choose before you approve the project.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the project, item availability, and my current schedule. Your estimated completion time will be confirmed before you order. If you have a special occasion or deadline, please include that date with your request.
Do you sew on patches?
