Processing Times

All items from Jancy’s Fancies are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches.

Processing times vary depending on the item ordered:

• Signature Heirloom Quilts: 1–2 weeks

• Classic Quilts: 3–5 business days

• Heirloom Gift Sets: 3–5 business days

• Memory Quilts: 4–6 weeks

• Memory Bears: 2–4 weeks

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to create your item prior to shipment and does not include shipping transit time.

Memory Keepsake Orders

Memory Quilts and Memory Bears are custom keepsake items created from garments you provide.

Production time begins once your garments have been received by our studio.

After placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions for preparing and shipping your garments safely.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking information once dispatched.

Shipping transit times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment for customers near our studio.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup with scheduling instructions.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our heirloom and memory pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Jancy’s Fancies is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
