Patch Sewing Service – Customer Supplied Patches

Have your own patches that need to be professionally sewn onto hats, jackets, vests, bags, uniforms, or other suitable items? Send the item and your patch to Jancy's Fancies and we'll securely sew it in place.

Patch Sewing Prices

• Small Patch — $6 each
  Up to 4 inches at the widest point. Most standard hat, chest, sleeve, bag, and similar patches fall into this category.
• Large Patch — $10 each
  Over 4 inches. This option is intended for larger patches such as jacket-back patches.

Customer-Supplied Patches
This listing is for sewing service only. The customer supplies both the item and the patch. Jancy's Fancies does not manufacture the patch as part of this service. A temporary adhesive or other positioning method may be used to securely hold the patch in position before sewing.

Patch Placement
Please provide clear instructions describing where each patch should be placed. You may also place removable tape on the item and attach a note identifying the desired patch location. When sending several items or patches, please clearly identify which patch belongs on each item.

Mail-In & Local Orders

• Mail-in customers send their item(s) and patch(es) to Jancy's Fancies after ordering.
• Local customers may bring their item(s) and patch(es) to the Jancy's Fancies shop.

Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Jancy's Fancies and return shipping back to the customer. Return shipping is separate from the patch sewing charge.

Payment
Payment is required when the order is placed.

Patch sewability may depend on the construction and material of the item, including seams, hardware, thickness, and accessibility of the requested placement area.
