All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade items may require additional time and will be noted in the product description. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship across the U.S. using reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us at jancysfancies@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
